  • We deliver within South Africa using courier services. Delivery is typically within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Free shipping thresholds and fees will be outlined at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love our products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied:

  • You may return unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened skincare products.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
