At 5 Elements Cosmeceutics, we’re committed to creating quality products using honest ingredients and delivering real results. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition with all seals and packaging intact.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason via email or WhatsApp below.
Please note: Due to hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, kindly notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share clear photos and order details, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.
